Missed mc

the clinic said to wait one normal cycle before starting again but I just feel really ready to start again this cycle. I am also going to see Dr Gorgy for some immune/blood clotting testing but I want to do everything at the same time cos I feel we cant lose any more time.

I'm sorry Briss, I get their thinking but it's horrible having to wait.

I'm glad you're feeling better and I know the frustration of waiting. On the plus side, my doctor told me that had I had a natural miscarriage, I would've been able to try sooner, but have to wait a cycle because of the d&c. And that I would've had to wait even longer if I had taken the pill. Idk if that's the general line of thinking, but it sounds like you're moving as quickly as possible based on that info. I got the clotting test as soon as my hcg went down and it did come back positive for a disorder, btw. If they find something, it will at least be good to know. Best of luck!

I just noticed that you said your results were inconclusive? I'm sorry they weren't helpful. Maybe you can get a second opinion.

Sorry to all you lady's that have gone through this:hugs:
I had a MMC at 16wks. Was told by hospital that the pills were a better route with less risk than DNC..

Took the pills at home and it was very traumatic..like giving birth to a dead fetus. Then bleed so much I had to have DNC anyways.

If I did it again I would choose DNC first. It was painless and I had no heavy bleeding after. But really everyone's body and miscarriage is different.

No decision is the wrong one.
