mmm homemade crunchies!

I've never tried making it myself but we used to live near a hippy health food shop where they had big jars of the homemade cinder toffee (that is the proper name for honeycomb), brings back memories but one day my mum brought back loads and loads and I got sick of it for years-even went off crunchies themselves even though it was my favourite chocolate prior to that! xx
 
we call it puff candy in scotland! In america i think they call it hokey pokey :\

Just made some of this. My excuse is that I was bored and JJ is asleep lol.

OMG as soon as I added the bicarb the kitchen smelt of Crunchies!! It looks a bit darker than Crunchie so I hope I haven't burnt it but it smells amazing. When I break i up later I'm going to dip it in melted Green and Black milk chocolate that I got on offer yesterday only 50cent a big bar lol.
