Mobile version not working?

Anyone else not able to get the mobile version of the site on their phone? Normally it goes to the mobile version automatically but today it's been coming up as the desktop version. When I click to change it the page reloads but it's still the desktop one that comes up. Any ideas?

Hi,

I am able to change templates from my mobile no problem. Could you close all apps/browsers and clear your mobiles cache, this may be the problem.

It's a nokia c7

I think it might be your mobile, mainly because nobody else has reported the problem. Have you tried switching it on and back on after clearing cache/cookies?
