Mommy/Baby Yoga

I've been looking around for a Mommy/Baby Yoga class in my area....before I join one, I wanted to post this and see if any of you had done a class like this before and if so, how was it? Did your LO enjoy it? Valerie is soooo active, I think she would enjoy something like this and I know that I love to be working out or just doing some kind of activity. Any experiences you had with this, please fill me in!
