Hi everyone! I am a freelance writer and had to write an article about bipolar disorder recently and that is how I came across mood charting. I looked a bit into it and thought it would be a useful tool for everyone.
Mood charting is basically the charting of the way you feel every day (TTC ladies familiar with temp charting will get the fastest, I assume :) ).

I have created two free templates along with a Q&A about how mood charting can help you improve your life. I am thinking of starting it myself in September, in order to distract myself from imaginary pregnancy symptoms :D I think focusing on my general well-being will be much more beneficial.
