More dirty nappies than usual?

Grace only ever has one dirty nappy a day, two occasionally, but has plenty of wet ones. But yesterday she had 5 and today she's had 2 already and I think another one is brewing. The poo also looks a bit watery. She is fine in herself, she isn't sicky but she has only ever been sick about 5 times since she's been born. She hasn't been crying any more than usual. The formula she is on now she has been on for over 3 weeks (changed her to hungrier babies) and her bottles have been made up how they've always been and she always gets her wind up. Is this anything to worry about?

Rocco varies from once to about 4 times a day but they are never watery. He is also on hungry baby so don't know if that makes a difference.

I think she is probably just better hydrated now it's not so hot and it's passing through easier!
