Hey, I have been asking this almost everywhere.I have a mortgage for my home in Ontario through Butler Mortgage. It is up for renewal. But I want to sell the house. There is still around 40k to pay off. Should I use LOC to save penalties and to have the freedom to sell now. Please help!!
