Mouldy milk!!! Fuming!

Not the best start to today... Lily's sensor pad alarm went off at 5:30am so she wakes up and won't go back to sleep so I go and get her some milk. We're out ta fresh milk so I opened a hipp organic UHT bottle. She takes about 2 sips when I notice something green floating in the bottle. Opened it up and realised it was MOULD!!! And it stank! I'm absolutely disgusted- it was unopened and in date and cos I was in such a (sleepy) hurry I didn't notice when I poured it in the bottle Hope it doesn't make her ill!!

Ugh that is disgusting! I'm sure she'll be fine as she only had a tiny bit and if it tasted bad she probably wouldn't have been keen anyway. I would definitely write to them and complain though. Yuck yuck yuck

I accidentally gave Robyn off milk, she kept spitting it out and pulling faces before I thought to sniff/taste it myself. I phoned NhS direct and they said not to worry unless she actually became ill. Robyn wasn't very old, around 2 months I think, and she was absolutely fine so I'm sure your LO will be!

Definitely ring them or email them, that's awful! I'm sure she'll be fine but its not the point xx

I'd be fuming!! Definately speak to their hotline and complain!!! That is not on. And they might give you some freebies

Yeah, definitely going to complain!!! I used to always consider hipp organic a healthy and fresh baby product but clearly not always the case!!!

I would definately complain if I were you! As far as lo, she will be fine I'm sure.
