Movement question... Feeling worried!

Hi ladies! So this is baby number 2 for me and I was reading through my preggo diary from my son and I was documenting feeling his first movements at 14 weeks. I am a few days away from turning 15 weeks and I haven't felt a thing with this one. My symptoms are all gone and I don't even look pregnant yet. I am starting to freak out thinking I may have endured a mmc... Someone please tell me I am being stupid!

You might just have an anterior placenta, which there is absolutely no harm in it, the placenta just acts as a cushion between baby and your tummy so you can't feel her tiny movements. I didn't feel any type of real movement until I was about 18 and 1/2 weeks or so, and my doctor confirmed the placenta is anterior. With my other two I felt them move at about 14 weeks or so, so I was abit worried too. But it is nothing to worry about. Even now at almost 22 weeks I don't feel her all the time, just maybe a couple times a day if I'm laying on my side or slightly on my side and slightly on my tummy, I have to sleep that way because I have carpal tunnel which I get every pregnancy. So, in short, don't worry

I wouldn't stress to much love. Each pregnancy and baby is different. Also agree with pp, however it may not be an anterior, these things do take time but once they're here, majority of your pregnancy is filled with a big belly and getting beaten up from the inside.
If it makes you feel better, get a private scan but your GP will probably say the same. Just breathe hon xx

Thanks ladies, I have been having such a worrisome week. I am right between the phases where the sickness made me feel better and when relying on recurrent kicks make me feel better. Right now I just feel way to normal with a noticeably bigger belly but not pregnant looking just fat lol

All different hun my daughter I felt at 15 weeks my son 18 weeks this one I'm 14 weeks and still waiting don't worry

Try not to worry. Im on bub #4 and i only felt her from a few days ago when i was 18+6!

This is my first pregnancy, so not exactly the same as you, but I didn't feel any movements until about 17 weeks and even then I was not sure it was the baby... I think it was around 20 when I knew for sure it was the baby. And I was fairly slim pre pregnancy.... I found out I had anterior placenta so even now the kicks feel a lot lighter in the lower abdomen portion than when she kicks the upper parts.
The truth is there isn't much that you can do at this point so just wait until your scan (or request an early one), and know that 15 weeks is still very early and every baby is different. I also felt like I wasn't growing at 16-20 weeks and was stuck the same size for a while.

I'm so glad I've come accross this thread, I'm 15+3 with my 3 pregnancy (2nd ended in mc) and haven't felt any movement yet, not even "popping" or flutters, I felt my daughter from around 16 weeks so thought I'd feel this one a lot sooner but no, which had had me in a panic, I also have no symptoms apart from a belly that looks more like its from pies than a baby xx

Each pregnancy is so different... you're still in early pregnancy so I would not be worried at all! I know how we all want to feel those movements, but that want tends to make us giant worry warts

Feeling excited for this update ladies!! I just felt several huge kicks and a proper roll feeling! It was amazing!! Feeling so much better!!!

I've heard that you can feel boys sooner than girls (I dk how accurate that is) but I felt my little one move in the middle of 13 weeks and we're having a boy. Maybe you're in for a little girl this time. I am happy that you felt some movement though!

My boy was lazy then lol felt him later lol
I feel princess move but not the same
Amount everyday somedays I feel just a couple of movements other days she doesn't stop lol
She seems quiet today but I haven't sat down yet this morning there was the lump on one side so I know where she was lol
