Weigh in Sunday 16th Sept 07 - 12st 3lbs


My ideal weight would be 9st, as of Monday 17th Sept 07 I started the following regime:-

Breakfast - Cornflakes & Glass of fruit juice
Snack - Fruit
Lunch - Slimfast shake
Snack - Fruit
Dinner - Meal, i.e. Quorn Spag Bol, Lasagne, Quorn curry & rice, chicken with new potatoes & peas, etc
And plenty of water throughout the day.
With a treat on sunday of pizza for tea :blush:

I am also doing 50 sit ups per day and 30 mins on wii boxing.

Will update each week with new weights and see what happens...

Just glad not to have put any on this week, had a few bad nights with Thomas and been too knackered to do much exercise.
 
Thanks AG, I'm determined this time, I usually get fed up after a few days and go to the chippy lol, but I want to feel better about myself instead of wearing mens t-shirts and getting paranoid about bulges sticking out :blush:

Weigh in Sunday 7th October 2007 - 11st 10lbs *Lost 7lbs so far*

Not too bad considering I have had a migrane this week and we started a bedtime routine for Thomas and the first few days were a knightmare so I've been shattered and not excercised much but now he sleeps through (fingers crossed) so I plan to lose another half a stone before Halloween
And hopefully another stone before Christmas, as I know I'll pig out so at least I'll have less to lose in the New Year than I do now.

Watch this space...
