Anyone not have morning sickness but having a girl? I will be joining you ladies in 2 long weeks and thought I'd take a poll. I've not been sick at all but swear this baby is a girl. Everyone says it's a boy though because I haven't been sick.
Could you tell me what you are having and if you were sick? Thanks for your input! Not looking for a prediction. Just curious how many of you weren't sick and still had a girl or vice versa.

I was sick as a dog with two of my pregnancys not so much with the first and I'm having my third boy x

When I was pregnant with dd1 I had hyperemis. I vomited until 31 weeks and was nauseous until birth.

With this pregnancy I was still quite sick but not as sick with dd. I haven't vomited since 21 weeks and I feel fine in the middle of the day. This baby is a girl though people suggested boy because I wasn't as sick this time.

Ny sister in law had hyperemis with all three of her pregnancies and she had three boys.

I asked my miswife this question ny last pregnancy (which ended in mmc) and she said she hadn't found any truth in the theory that you are sicker with girls. Her theory was.....if the baby is genetically more like dad = more sickness.

No morning sickness with my first pregnancy - a girl (everyone said boy) and this pregnancy some nausea (don't know gender yet) x

Interesting theory your midwife has! I can see how that could be possible.

See I knew the old wives tale about sickness prob wasn't true!! I'm sticking to my original gut feeling that it's a girl. ☺️

I had worse sickness in my first pregnancy which was a girl. This time I am having a boy and was just quite nauseous but not much actual sickness.

I've been sick both pregnancies (1 girl and 1 boy) but it was definitely worth with my dd. I knew this baby was a boy because the sickness was so different. I have to say as a baby my dd was the double of her dad so there could be some truth in that too.

I don't believe any of it at all! I'm having my 2nd baby girl and both pregnancies have been so different! I wasn't sick once with my first daughter and this time I was sick all day every day until 15weeks! Also I broke out in spots the entire pregnancy last time but not this time!
Everyone said it must be a boy if your pregnancy is so different but it's another princess!

No sickness with my first two boys mild nausea with my third finishing before 12 weeks.. Bad nausea with this one didn't stop until around 17 weeks and have been told it's girl! Definitely been much worse this pregnancy than any other 3 xx

I never got sick with my DS his pregnancy was a breeze. With my DD I was really nauseous the first three months, but not ever throwing up or anything...but I was also a hormonal bitch with her.. :haha: That's how my hubby knew it was a girl from day one, I am normally chill!

I'm curious about this too! My first pg with my ds I had no sickess at all, didn't even feel sick once. This to time I'm incredibly nauseous all the time so makes me wonder if it's a girl?

I have felt completely fine this pregnancy except for have sore boobs and I am have a girl. My first pregnancy I was fine as well and it was a boy and then ds2 I was very sick!

I did a few old wives tales and many said boy including the heartbeat and baking soda test. My gut said girl too and my gut turned out to be right :-)

MS with both pregnancies but much worse and for longer this time and it's a girl! So true for me. My mum said she was sicker with her girls than boys too. Maybe it's genetic and how our bodies handle extra estrogen?

No MS for me with this pregnancy or my pregnancy with my angel - both boys.

But then my mom was never sick either when she was pregnant with me.

My sister (who has a different birth mother than me) was sicker than a dog with all 3 of her boys.

Both my mom and sister were deathly ill with all of theirs- all girls. But even birth control pills made my sister nauseous so I think she's just extra sensitive. Of course they think it's a boy cause I'm not sick but I just don't think it's a boy.

I had no symptoms at all with either pregnancy and both girls I may have had a couple nauseous days with dd2, but that's about it.
And funny about the midwives thoughts about dh genes...my second is a spitting image of daddy ☺ while my first is a mini me
