I can't believe it. Here I thought I was in the clear. And thought had a good chance of not getting MS cause my family doesn't have a history of getting it. I am the first. And I hate it. But is it normal to start after 9 weeks? Started today and just have felt real nausiated all day. Keep trying to eat hoping that make it feel better but doesn't seem to work at all. Any tips on helping this get better?

I found that eating small amounts all the time eased it. Licking or eating a lemon helped for a bit too!

Sucking on Sour Jolly Ranchers... make sure you have a water bottle beside your bed to keep hydrated through the night. Light soups and saltines are beneficial as well, toast for when you need something solid.

Basically until you get used to the MS or until it goes away, it is best to treat it like a flu bug.

Great thanks for the tips. Guess it is chicken noodle for me tonight.
