multi religion

I know some who are but they aren't on the forum (and not wtt either)

the only pagan i know in my area is a druid and old enought to be my dad but doesnt actually live locally so kinda isolated lol

Glad you've found your religious path :). Sorry you're struggling to find others who share your beliefs who you can meet with :(.
I'm Catholic and DH is agnostic. DS has been christened and we take him to church sometimes (it's not really interesting to him at the moment so we don't take him often) and will hopefully go to a catholic school. We will bring him up to be aware and respectful of other religions and he will be free to choose what he believes and how he'd like to practise (if at all). That's how I was raised. Of my siblings I am catholic, my older brother is a humanist and my younger brother is atheist/agnostic :).

my mum raised us not on a religious route which is good she has let us find our feet but i do want to raise my kids catholic but also with the understanding of other religions as the majority of my family is catholic and my DHs family is all religious in a way they do very much so stick to treditions and I want my kids to be able to join in rather then stood their awkwardly like I do lol

He knows how important my religion is to me, and it's something he had to take on board when he started going out with me.
We were married in a Catholic church, and all our kids are baptised, and DD is preparing for her First Holy Communion in July.

(Dd and DS1 don't go to a Catholic school though, but that's because the local Catholic school was full when we applied, as we moved to the area late in the year [July 2010 - and DD started school in Sept 2010]. Now apparently there are some places but I don't want to move them as they are settled in the non-denomination school they are in).

As for going to church, I go most weeks with DD. The other kids don't go through because they find it really boring, don't understand what is going on, and generally just ask the entire time "is it time to go home yet?" which, to my mind, is pointless them going. They say prayers at home before bed though.
DH doesn't come to church, though he has done a few times in the past when I've asked him to, but not for a few years now.

My DH is christian and im muslim... we both have the same beliefs - both believe in God and i dont eat pork. DH and i agreed both kids will grow up believing in God but one thing they arent allowed to do is touch pork products...

When the girls are older they can choose which religon they want to follow but neither my DH or i go to mosque or church, we agreed that the girls wont be baptised and we got married in a registrar office.

We both respect each others beliefs and he respects that i dont eat pork an nor will the girls

Amazeing stories it is truely amazeing how diffrent religions get on so well :D my dh doesn't go to the catholic church here he will go to pray if we are in town and I tend to stand out in the hall looking at roseary beads he ot tend to go to a service if he goes back home to Ireland do its not to conflicting and I only practise when he isn't here or times where he is in bed early due to his work he is up at 4 am so has to have early nights

By family my OH is Catholic and I am Jewish. But we are both atheists and I have no intention on christening my daughter.

You and your OH are me and my OH but back to front, he is Jewish and I'm Catholic, but we are both atheists and again have never had nor never will any intention of Lucas being christened :flower:

no not that i know of :S only know of one place that does anything with that and thats a massuse locally but i wont find anyone there
