Mums of big birthweight babies

Max was 9lb13oz, He did drop a pound or so in the first few weeks but has since remained above average with his weight gain! Max is now nearly 6 months and weighing in at 20lb! I think if baba is born bigger that is how it carries on!? And as for this myth that your next babies get bigger...pah i bloody hope not!!!!!!!! xxx

Holly was 9lb 15oz and she stayed big until she started walking x

Izzy was 10lb 8 1/2oz so was over the 100th centile when she was born. She dropped down to the 91st centile after about a month and now she's on the 75th centile at 15 weeks but her length is on the 98th centile so shes long and slim. My Mum is a HV too and she says it's perfectly normal x x

P.S I hope that is a myth about the second baby weight too - yikes! x x

Amelia was 9lb 10.5oz when she was born, she stayed up on the 98th percentile for about 6wks then she started dropping, i think when i got her weighed last she around the 60th percentile for weight.

Length wise though she is probably still 98th as at 7mnths she wears 9-12mnth sleepsuits!

maddi was 9lb 3 and half oz at birth, so quite a big baby, though not as big as some after a couple of months (where she put weight on quickly) she has evened out, and is just so tall! so high for height, but average for weight, 75 i believe, she now weighs 20lb 5oz x
