Muscles killing me nearly 12 weeks

Nearly 12 weeks can barely walk my back and legs are killing me anyone else like this?

I'm 10 and a half and my back was so painful yesterday. I would have paid top dollar for a massage. Dh did a nice one though and it feels better today.

I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and after being stood for more than a few hours at work, my back is agony. It's been like this for a few weeks already

I was fine yesterday but in pain again today it feels like I've picked up something heavy and my muscles are taught or tight geesh

I'm having the same but on my right side and lower back it was that bad this morning I could hardly walk, xx
