Must have for the hospital bag

My best friend just told me about the stuff that saved her life in the hospital! She told me to make sure I get Dermoplast? I guess its a cooling/numbing spray that you can spray after youve delivered down there and It really helps with the pain.

Needless to say for 5 bucks I think its a good buy and Im picking some up

I wishh I knew what the hospital gave me but I cant seem to find anyone that has delivered where I am delivering. But heyy Its only $5 and that gives me some extra if I do get some lol

Yeah after labor I had an ice pack with a pad over it, then I overlapped tucks (cooling pads with witch hazel) on the pad, I'd spray dermoplast on that and then spray my foof with the dermoplast. RELIEF!!

Yup! Pretty sure they're for hemorrhoids so in that section lol. I got some at Walgreens when I ran out of the ones the hospital gave me.

that stuff is amazing!! its awesome for keeping the bacteria out of there if you get stitches as well!

Buy some big, ugly Hanes underwear! Helps keep the huge maternity pads the hospital uses right after birth in The pads they gave me at the hospital were like ginormous. And I was using though, plus ice packs, plus layering witch hazel pads so I needed the extra room.
I only used the big ugly underwear until my flow was light enough to wear thinner pads.
