MW Birth Plan appointment tomorrow

I know I am only 3 weeks away but the fact that I am doing my Birth Plan with my MW tomorrow makes it seem SOOOO real!

I don't even know where to start.

If your materity notes are anythign like mine theres a birth plan section, you can always have a read through it before you go
Its quite basic stuff and your midwife will go through everything with you

Yeah there is a section in there but It dosent seem the same as the online ones you get! Ah maybe its the baby brain making it all too complicated for me!

My birth plans quite simple

2 birth partners
OH to accompany C-section

gas and air
Tens machine
Epidural
NO pethadine

Vit K delivered oral only

Delivered onto chest
Help starting breats feeeding

Cord left till it finishes plusing
To be cut by medical staff

Assisited 3rd stage

I only have 2/3 must have haven'ts


DH to be asked at the time wether to cut cord. (He sais he wont know until the time) (MEN!)
Skin to Skin ASAP
Breast feed. (No bottle)
And to have the CD he made me playing.
To be able to use the birthing pool.

Best thing to do it keep it simple do midwifes gonna have time to read a 3 page essay on how you want ur labour to go, just cover off the important basics theat theyre gonna be involved in
