Thanks for this! Lately ive been feeling like its impossible but after seeing this I feel better! If you can go from a 5 finger gab to a 1.5 in a year then I can close up this 2 finger gab in my time frame.

Thanks girls! Yes this is 5 finger gap down to less than 2 with the Tupler technique (and a boatload of training and spot-on nutrition).

Wow, great progress. Would you be able to give me advice on closing my gap? It's 3 fingers at the widest point and looks awful! Don't want to cause any more damage.
