my 6 week check up

Ive got my 6 week check up with the nurse tomoz anyone know what they do and what its al about i guess its to see how you are ect ? xx

Mine was :

Checking my weight, my blood pressure, my breasts and that's it! She asked me how I was and if I started having sexual intercourse yet.

Oh and she gave me my BC pill prescription. She was meant to do a pap smear but I was on my period so she didn't.

Basically mine consisted of chacking my BP and belly and asking if I was having any problems. No mention of BC or a smear test. Bit of a waste of time really

thanks ive just been, she said i have to go to my doctor for the pill though so now i have to book up and go again i was hoping to go back on the pill today xx

I didn't get a 6 week check - & was told i could just turn up & have depo injection @ baby clinic only to go for Jacks injections last Friday, & be told I now have to be on my period

oh no last week i had an apointment for charlies 6 week check up and they said the old health visiter had left and they hadnt sent another out i would of been so angry but the doctor done it in the end but he couldnt weigh him as he had no scales so i have to wait till next week for him to be weighed, bloody doctors xxx
