My ah ha moment!

New to the group! I just got all of the lingo down.. I got a bfn test yesterday & I feel really pregnant... I'm not trying to conceive but happy that I might be... Does anyone want to buddy up? Dr doesn't think that I am but after reading all of post I'm going to trust my body. Irregular periods so I don't when I ovulated but sex on 4/3. Has anyone had early pregnancy symptoms with a negative pregnancy test?

Definitely in the same boat missed 10 birth control pills but have been getting negative tests except for a faint line the other day but still don't trust it and Dr told me I could have ovulated later so I'm now just waiting to see what happens.
