I think that the RLT capsules really helped, all of that used them seemed to have progressed quite well at the end!

Sorry to crash again but I was told RLT was dangerous to take if you had had a section?

I asked my MW and was told it was fine, sometimes I think people are over cautious to cover their own backs, it seemed to have worked for me, but guess it could cause problems for others?
