My body is confusing me

So I had and HCG quant level last week and my levels were at 2.5 which I guess is suppose to be considered zero, but im late AF hasn't shown up im super scared to do a test at home cuz I want to be pregnant so bad. My first AF after my D&C was normal 6 days and my cycles are normally 28 days right now im cycle day 30 . Is it even possiblei could be pregnant ?

Do you track Ovulation? Anything is possible. Why did you have a quant done? Sorry, I haven't tracked your story...
