My body is driving me mad!

Hi ladies I am going crazy my body has been acting so weird my periods made a miracle return finally after what seemed forever I seem to be having a period every other month but when I do it's on time no problems but when I don't I get the same sort of period like caroms but nothing but I m pretty positive I have been ovulating but I don't do opks but been having the egg white mucus this month no period I had almost plug like amount of clear mucus sorry tmi no blood in it or anything just clear and lots of it lol sorry again tmi but no period?????? Have no clue what my body is a upto any ideas much appreciate and don't want to go to the doctors as I get fobbed off because I am overweight but I am very certain this is not the main issue here just feel frustrated as I finally thought my body was getting back to normal.
