Obviously I love Calista the best I also like Arabella, it's on my list too.

Calista Juliet 8/10 unusual and pretty First name, dislike mn

Molly Isabella 8/10 adore Molly but not sure it goes with Isabella as a mn

Brooklyn Sophia (nn. Bria) 7/10 really like this combo of names, they 'flow' well, but dislike the nn.

Gabriella Sophia (nn. Bria) 6/10, as above

Kayliana Sophia 5/10, sounds a bit too 'made up'

Kiara Gabriella 6/10, nice but think kiara sounds better with Sophia

Arabella Juliet 2/10 dislike both these names

Mumof5 - Do you have any middle name suggestions for Molly?

I think it's kind of a hard name to pair with, took me awhile to think of a middle name that would "flow." I was thinking Isabella was a good match bc both names are girly, sweet, and "classic."

Calista Juliet - 9 love the nn Callie, it flows well
Molly Isabella - 7 I prefer Isabella to Molly
Brooklyn Sophia (nn. Bria) - 3 I instantly think of David Beckhams son so this name has too many boy connotations for me (but I'm UK)
Gabriella Sophia (nn. Bria) - 6 I love Gabriella but I'd prefer it paired with Juliet
Kayliana Sophia - 4 I dont have any strong feelings either way about this name
Kiara Gabriella - 6 I much prefer the spelling Chiara paired with Juliet
Arabella Juliet - 8 I like this name xxxx

Hmm, Yes I know what you mean, to me Molly is and old style classic yet 'simple' name iykwim, whereas Isabella is quite posh and grand sounding to me (maybe I've been reading too many period drama books, as usually these new are portrayed in this way ☺️. Personally I think that simple one or two syllable names sound best with Molly. I know that these middle names have been done to death, but for example; I do think that names such as Molly Rose, Molly Mae, Molly Grace, molly Anna etc go so well with it. Particularly if you have a longer surname. Xx

It's hard for me to put numbers to names but my two favorite are Gabriella Sophia and Calista Juliet.

I rated them on the first names as I like the middle names more than the first on most of them.

I couldn't really say why I did or didn't like the names, just went on instinct I suppose! I don't like K names or names where a Y is in the middle of the name rather than on the end, no idea why.

Molly Isabella 8/10. Molly is cute but I'm not sure if the names go together. It's hard!

Brooklyn Sophia (nn. Bria) 3/10 I don't like Brooklyn sorry... And a girl I know has ruined the name Sophia for me

Arabella Juliet 9/10 I love the name Arabella... If I knew that they wouldn't grow up and be called Bella, I would use it. And I knew a girl once with the name and she was lovely. Juliet is classic and pretty.

I love Brooklyn it's what I just named my daughter I know lots of people on here hate it but I'm in Canada and never heard it used as a boys name.

I would say my least favorite is Annabella. Sounds like a dolls name to me - I really like modern names !

5s and 6s are good. Anything above an 8 would've had to be on my own personal list, so don't take my "ratings" like a school grade. It's just personal preference.

I personally like Arabella and Kaylianna (Although I'd personally try to find a different spelling.)

It kind of irritates me when people say a name sounds "made up" Aren't they all made up at some point? (Not targeting the person who said this in the thread, just as a general statement.)

I think my favorite from your list would be Gabriella Sophia (Bria) or Calista Juliet.

My least fave would be Molly as I just don't think it is a name that ages well.


Calista Juliet 8; beautiful name that seems would age well

Molly Isabella 3; Molly doesn't seem to age well IMO and Isabella doesn't seem to pair with it. Isabella is lovely though

Brooklyn Sophia (nn. Bria) 6; I don't think this nn works that great with this pair unless it was a hyphenated name. Both lovely names, just not personally a fan of Brooklyn/Brooke.

Gabriella Sophia (nn. Bria) 8; I love both names and think this nn works well with this pair of names especially because it's so similar to Brielle from Gabriella

Kayliana Sophia 4; I like both names but they don't seem to pair well IMO. Kayliana Nicole or Kayliana Juliet would flow better IMO.

Kiara Gabriella 4; Again, love both names but even just switching it to Kiara Gabrielle sounds MUCH better IMO.

Arabella Juliet 7; I think this is a beautiful name and pairs well!


I REALLY like the sounds of Kayliana Nicole
