My first but not so first FS appointment!

Well, as some of you may know I started the whole IVF process 2 years ago and got to the applying for funding stage before having to stop. So went back to my FS yesterday and she was lovely, my funding was approved 2 years ago so that's sorted - just got to have a SA for OH to check if we'll need IVF or ISCI and I have to have a blood test to check my pertuity glands, so they won't react with the drugs, and then, she said - We're good to go!!

i was shocked to say the least. I thought there was a catch. But nope, once the SA and BT are done, we can start our IVF journey! OMG!

Well, i'm pleased as it seems to have accellerated more than I thought it would! Anxious, but can't waiT!

So glad its all moving along now THATS BRILLIANT, where will you be having the IVF/ICSI? I have just had my letter from Southmead Repromed in Bristol and will be going along for my first consultation on 3rd April! Like you DH has to have another SA. Have you both not got to have HIV/HEP C&B and Syphillis tests?

I am so excited its happening as well, I am hoping the next month will fly by...

She didn't say anything about HIV or syphillis tests?! She said once we've done the SA and BT we can push on...I'm hoping she'll refer me to Southmead but I guess we'll find out once OH has done his SA. Definitely excited!
