my first glimpse...

Just had my first ever braxton hicks, or at least that's what I thought they were. But would they start this early? (26 weeks)
It was a really uncomfortable, tingly, pins and needles type feeling in my belly and it went really hard for about 20 seconds. Then it happened again a few minutes later.
Then LO had a good old wriggle.
It wasn't painful but quite strong/uncomfortable considering I'm only 26 weeks. Now I'm scared about what the real things gonna be like.

ive had them from 18 weeks. it sounds like its them, nothing to be worried or concerned about. sometimes (almost all the time actually) i can feel my heart rate go up too.
when youre in labour, contractions usually gradually increase in pain, enough to get used to

You can get them very early on. No worries, just your uterus practicing!
