Today is the day I go in for my baseline ultrasound before I get to start my 2nd cycle. They want to check and make sure I don't have any cysts on my ovaries before we proceed.

If all goes well, I will start injecting myself with Lupron on Monday.

My appt isn't for another 9 hrs, I will be sure to update you all when I get back.

I'm still leaning girl, my husband thinks boy though! If we have a girl she'll be called Daphne May and if it's a boy he'll be called Dexter John or Dexter Joseph

We just like them! No real reason. I have always liked Daphne and my husband agrees and then I read Dexter in a book I was reading before we got married and we both love it.

Hi precious ladies!!!

I had an ultrasound today to check and see if the Lupron shots I've been taking have given me any cysts on my ovaries and I'm happy to say they haven't.

The coordinator called and said my bloodwork was great and I get to start the stimulation injections tomorrow. I'm finally getting out of this funk I've been in and am excited about this cycle.

I will probably be on the stim injections for 10-12 days and then the fun begins with the egg retrieval and embryo transfer

I had more blood work done yesterday and they said my Estradial is going up, which is good since that means follicles are started to develop. I go in for an ultrasound tomorrow morning to see the early stage growth of them. Last time I had an ultrasound every other day for a week, so I'm guessing I will have another on Friday.

I'm getting kinda nervous. Before we proceed next week with the egg retrieval and transfer, my IVF clinic still needs to hear back from my insurance company approving this cycle. The coordinator has made multiple attempts to reach them and they said my case is under review. Please pray that they make a decision soon and that I will be able to be at peace knowing that it's covered.
