Even if you don't use them, cloth diapers. They absorb so much better than spit up towels and are cheaper. Onesies, sleep sacks, swaddles. See if your insurance covers the breast pump, mine did. Gates if you have pets. I'd definitely recommend and all in one pack n' play that has the bassinet at the top. We got one of the bigger ones that also has a changing station on the other side. Their expensive, but when it's all together it saved up in the long run from having to by the bassinet and pack n' play separately. Plus it's convenient for travel. Carseat, stroller, toiletries. Breast pads, nipple cream, cover up for feeding in public. Diaper bag.
