My LO does this too just recently though. Its so cute. She also knocked my hot chocolate all over me... she grabs EVERYTHING!

I taughts Colton to do it by putting my hands in front of him and just holding them out (plus I flick my fingers back and forth) before I picked him up. Now I just hold out my hands and he will reach. He will do it for me and OH mainly, but will sometimes reach for other people.

I didn't teach her it, just before I pick her up I always put my arms out and say up, and now she puts her arms out.. I guess that is teaching her it.. I hope she learns to say up!
