My poor little munchkin

My little man is sick dont know if it is his teeth or something else but he has a fever of 104, I had to phone the doc I was so worried, but he said to let him sleep and phone in the morning unless there is any big changes. He fell asleep on my knee he has never done that and I enjoyed every moment of it, he has been in bed from 7pm and hasnt budged. I hate my little munchkin being sick I want him all better and happy
