My small tree is up and my elf goodie bags arrived this morning! ***PICS ADDED***

Woooo ladies you all gave me the bug and i finally caved in last night!

I have only put up a 5ft tree just now which will stay in the hall but haven't put up our living room tree yet as need to buy new one this week.

Also need to get tack for the walls etc oh and need a star for my small tree ... any ideas?


And my elf on the shelf bags arrived this morning, they are brilliant. even has a licence and a visa card for any breakages elfis mistletoe may cause whilst staying with us.

Also thanks to all you crazy ladies who make the grotto such a lovely place to be. I don't post much but i defo read all your posts most of which make me giggle!

We put our tree up yesterday after DD was asking for Christmas Man Tree all morning lol! Its a beast 7.5ft of pure Christmas sparkle! Yeyyyyy!! xx

I've no pics yet need to free up some memory lol...I'm a bit snap happy....I have my little girl in a Christmas outfit ATM so really should get a wriggle on lol

I want to see these elf bags! Sound so good! I'm planning on the elf bringing the Christmas Eve bags...saw a thread way way way back saying how her parents used to ring a bell which meant the elf had been and they used to run from wherever they were to catch a glimpse of the elf but always missed it lol! So doing that! Christmas Eve bag ATM is a pampers box lol

When I first went into toddler club nobody ever replied and my first year in grotto nobody really replied to me then either but now they all know i'm a christmas nut it works better
