My xmas food delivery has jus been cancelled :( UPDATED

thats terrible! where they all charged but missing? and it will take a while to get money back I know. I have £200 shopping coming from sainsburys on tue and i get a good chunk of that will be out of stock.

yes its all been charged for. They have even substituted 2 items that I asked for no subs on and they havent even sent the subs either :/ The drivers said when they loaded the van they noticed that loads was missing but had to go regardless. I have no chilled at all I cant really prove it cuz I had to sign for the shopping. Im still waiting for this bloody woman to ring me back. Ive either gotta mess about waiting in for them to re-deliver my missing items or I have to wait 5 days or however longer it takes to get my money back. Its a joke!!!! Hope u have better luck than me. Thought it was bad enough that my order was cancelled but to deliver less than half and now I have to mess about ringin help line all bloody night and prob all day tomorro, this is far worse

defo not on they left knowing they didnt have your food! i dont shop inn asda they don do deliveries here. You wont get money back any quicker though , they just never can do that, I knoiw they go by the stuff they have at the till so it went through check either someone has it or its at the store. I have been enraged by home deliveries also, I hope it wont be to bad on tue for me.

Im not having much luck tonight, Ive just checked my account online to see if asda have taken my money already only to see that graze.com have taken 2 payments off me in the last 3 weeks and I havent had the boxes. I thought I cancelled them. Ive checked my account and I put them back 2 weeks but it says I should have had the 2 boxes and I defo aint. Ive had other post and parcels so it cant be just slow delivery cuz of snow. Sommat else I gotta sort out now

Ive just rang again.. 20 mins ive been on the phone. spoke to a different woman and had to give all the codes again. she said that there was no record to say id spoke to that other woman at all....
she is refunding me the items I havent had but i wont get it for 5 days As long as I get my money back I aint bothered. Still had to pay for the 2 phone calls tho at however much a minute. Its not on. Bless this last woman tho she was really nice x

lol I would babe but I dont drive and its thick snow atm. I cant see my mum gettin up at 6am to take me lmao. I think we goin to sainsburys tomorrow evening if the roads are better. Its a good job that money wasnt all I had for my shopping or Id be a bit stuck wouldnt I!! nevermind. These things happen I guess. xxx

same here mine was due 5pm yesterday (sat) they rang at 9am to say it couldnt get here re-arranged for today (sun) it did come but most of frozen stuff is missing and i also was told id get a refunded but will take 5-10days i now need to go out to replace whats missing being 8months + preg thought online would be easier oh well lol

I wonder why they are not bringin out the frozen/chilled!! Its not good enough. My mum thinks I should complain in a letter but its taken so much of my night up already I jus wanna forget about it now and chill out!!

There was a lady on here who used her last £60 for her shop they rang and cancelled her delivery (unknown reason?) and she had no money for food for 5 days?!! Hope you get everything you need with as little stress as possible! xxx
