My xmas food delivery has jus been cancelled :( UPDATED

same here mine was due 5pm yesterday (sat) they rang at 9am to say it couldnt get here re-arranged for today (sun) it did come but most of frozen stuff is missing and i also was told id get a refunded but will take 5-10days i now need to go out to replace whats missing being 8months + preg thought online would be easier oh well lol

I wonder why they are not bringin out the frozen/chilled!! Its not good enough. My mum thinks I should complain in a letter but its taken so much of my night up already I jus wanna forget about it now and chill out!!

i dont know all i know is it means i have to go out in this weather to replace whats missing and that means using money i dont really have or need for other things not very happy i was going to complain but being xmas they wont do anything till afterwards like you its taken enough of my time im tired ache and dont need the stress lol x

I said the same to my mum this afternoon. She keeps goin on saying I should ring head office and complain or write a letter but to be fair, they have wasted enough of my xmas already as now I have to mess about hitting the shops in person. Ive put it off today cuz its just too icy out there. My mum says defo complain though because as you say, we now have to find money from elsewhere to do the shopping because ASDA have our money. Its not on really. I would rather them have kept it cancelled than just turn up with half an order. Well, Im ok for toiletries and cleaning products... lol thats all they seemed to deliver me. As for food... crumpets anyone? lmao xx Gotta laugh aint ya!

If you mean last night, yes hun. The lady I spoke to second time said there was no record at all of me even speaking to the first woman. I was on the phone for 20 mins giving all 19 items missing product codes and then she added it all up and put a refund thru for me for the products I didnt receive. She said it would take 5 working days tho, and more likely longer with it being xmas. Jus gotta wait. If you mean complaining to head office... I havent as of yet. Its more of my time wasted and more money to ring so I may jus leave it. Jus gotta hope this refund comes thru. Its just started snowing again really heavy so Im even more annoyed now. So not looking forward to the next few days if its gonna be like this. I better get my ski's on lol xx

well no surprise who didnt show up today my order was booked for 8-10am and its now the back of 12 and still no food or nappies i've called and waiting on a call back but the woman who i spoke to said she cant understand why its late i was meant to be the second delivery this morning she will try to call the driver and call me back that was 15mins ago but if its not here soon im going to have to go up the street and get what ever nappies i can morgan only has 4 nappies left

Hope u managed to get ur missing bits. I have now put off going until 2morrow evening. Am gonna go to sainsburys and fingers crossed they still have some nice luxury items left.
