So, I had the idea, and although it didn't pane out for us, I thought you ladies will like this...

You can go to the social security website and find the 100 most popular names for any year, so why not the year you or you OH was born and look for baby names there! Or your parents or grandparents, etc.

I thought it was a cute idea!

I have just typed my name in and it hasn't been in the top 1000 in the last 50 years - now there's a surprise lol

oh just checked mine and it was within rank 500-100 from 1945-1969 then it fell off the list! The popular names the year I was born were Jennifer and Michael..both are nice names.
