Hiya. Well today is the first day of my down regs for IUI number 1. Got myself all worked up about it and was a bit light headed and sick feeling. 
Didn't really feel anything though so not sure if I have done it right. should there be an obvious amount of fluid or do you think I just tilted my head back enough. My hubby takes a nasal spray for his hayfever - has done for years and has got it down to a fine art re getting it right up there so maybe his advice worked?? Well only 2 hours til the next dose. I would appreciate any advice you guys can give - any experiences to share x x
