Does this even exist?! Has anyone here had any luck signing up to online banking with their Child Trust Fund with Nationwide? I've been trying since April. I go online, enter the details, it gives me a registration number which I write down and says I will receive log in details through the post within 3-5 days. The log in details never arrive in the post. So I phone them up and give them the registration number and they say it doesn't exist and that I have to register online again... and so the cycle begins. They won't let me register for online banking over the phone, and I have never been able to speak to the registration department (the people I speak to put me on hold and relay messages to them, but never put me through).
Has anyone else had these kind of problems, or is it just me?!
