Natural Bum Cream...

This is the first time Noah's had really bad nappy rash . What natural bum cream do you use and is it any good?

Freya only had a rash once, when she was about a week old and had some sort of tummy bug. I used some grapeseed oil (we use it for baby massage but I'm sure any oil would do) and put a few drops of lavender oil and tea tree oil in it. I then left it on her bum with a fleece liner next to her skin and a disposable nappy on. However, if she hadn't had horrendous diarrhea (which caused the rash) I would have left her with her nappy off for ages and just kept applying the oil then used a fleece liner and her normal cloth nappy.
