Nausea before labour??

I have been feeling very nauseous all avo and its nothing I have eaten, im feeling bloated and yesterday my belly had drop but has come back up today. I can still feel his head moving in my groin but movement has slowed today.
Could this be a earlt labour sign? I hate this sick feeling.

I've been nautious for a while but turns out my case was due to the severe constipation I had
Once I started agialax (a laxative) it got heaps better but I still get a few episodes when it fails to work
Same with the bump, it's low when I've been to the loo and higher when 2 days pass with nothing (sorry for tmi)

In saying that, it very well could be a labour sign ;D I know I was wishing it was

I felt nauseous yesterday. Nothing happened. I've read that sometimes it can be a labour symptom, but I've also read that morning sickness can come back in third Tri as well. I hope you feel better soon. X
