Nausea right after ovulation?

So I got positive OPK on November 4th, this morning I feel a little nauseous, I have been reading this sometimes happens to women during fertile phase. Does this happen to anyone else? I know it is too early to be a pregnancy symptom.

I had this for 4 days after ovulation this cycle! It's so cruel. A classic pregnancy symptom when it simply can't be.
