I had a x-ray image of my teeth at about that age. looked lovely

That's amazing! At one of my daughters appointments, she had to of been 6, she had X-rays that looked like this. I was absolutely amazed at how many teeth were in there.

Even though I know they're there waiting to come down, it really freaks me out to see it like that!
