Neck pain/Spine pain in between shoulder blades.

I've had this for a while, it comes and goes and can be quite painful some night (have to take pain killers)

It feels like something is stuck in my spine in between my shoulder blades and all the way to my neck. I breathe and It feels like a needle poking me in the spine.

Anyone has had this before?? Tonight it feels awful

Maybe you strained a muscle? I get pain like that sometimes after a long week at work. Hope you feel better soon.
