Need a little help girls :)

I'm just filling out my questionnaire for the fertility clinic. I have a few questions that I'm stumped on. Can anyone help me?

They have asked:
"What are your expectations for this visit?" I guess to have a healthy baby. I have had two miscarriages and have been recently diagnosed with PCOS, so now I'm not even ovulating. We've been trying for two years to have a family. How do I word this?

"What questions do you want answered at this visit?" All of them?!?!?! I need to ovulate and would like a baby. I am only taking naproxen for my pain which I think is a bit like a bandaid, to cover up a bigger problem. Would like to be put on something to control/help the cysts that I have, along with my other symptoms?!?!?

And "Number of Therapeutic Abortions." Do my d&cs for my miscarriages count for this? Or is this something else they're asking me?

I would put what you have written really! Not really sure what the last question means so I would leave it blank and ask when you have the appointment.

Your questions mention - at this visit

I would think you would expect from this visit
- possible explainations to why you have had two miscarriages
- what testing they plan on doing
- to check if you are ovulating (you can have pcos and ovulate - i do)
- genetic testing or other testing for repeat miscarriages or blood tests
- knowledge of timelines for next visits - tests - possible treatment
- info about iui - if that is recommended

Thanks girls I feel like I have had enough tests already......but I'm sure that there will be more. I have had blood tests, a saline infusion sonogram, many ultrasounds at diff times of month, endometrial biopsies, glucose tolerance test and the list goes on. I know that I have low progesterone, high testosterone & borderline lupus, I am not ovulating at the moment, and app haven't been for a while due to a back up of cysts on my ovaries??? According to my doctor??? I'm frequently in a lot of pain: physically and emotionally.

- I expect a time frame for the future tests and treatments if things are not sucessful.

- what additional medications could I be given?
- If I have any further questions before my next apointment, who can I call?
- When will my next appointment be?

write down everything you want to know hun, you won't remember when youre in there - I didn't and I took a bloody list!!! nothing worse than getting home and still feeling vague and realising you have months til your next appt!

Good luck honey, take everything written down so you can work through your list. Thats what I did, sat there with my hands shaking like leaves and a jittery voice but I got an answer to each question And don't let anyone fob you off
