need advice again

im so sorry its me again ..i dont want to go to docs yet because i dont want them to think im a drama queen so i thought id ask here again because not all doctors are right.now as i said yesterday my doc examend me,only using her finger and pushing down on my pelvic etc,she says im 8 weeks,this is what i forgot to add on yesterdays post,,i have one child so this was starting to happen a few years after having her..now for the last year i think or mayb 2 ,ive had bad cramps a day an a day or 2 into my period also period pain in my left thigh and lower back,now i told the doc that i thought i might have secondary dysomenorrea or the one begining with E.she said we cant test you for things untill after the pregnancy???..well she said my wombs enlarged but coz i get all the symptoms of dysmenorrea you arnt fertile with that?.so im well confused.an even now and then i still get dull ache in my thigh .sorry for my bad spelling an sorry to ask so many questions .im in the uk..thanks
