need help with bbt chart, private messages ?? dont know how to??

hello all,
i'm new here & i see the tickers saying preg dates,dpo's & stuff like that..
how can i BBT chart here? aren't the tickers 4rm BBT's?? also, how can i send a private message to a member? i find some members have visitor mess & some don't ??
can someone xplain ?? thanks !

Most people do bbt charting on fertilityfriend.com. Then you can set up a ticker there that is linked to your chart. You should be able to send a pm very similarly to a visitor message but I am not sure if some people only allow friends to message them or if you have to be a member for a bit longer.

you have to have either 5 or 10 posts on the forum to be able to PM (and it can sometimes take the servers a few minutes to catch up and grant authorization)
