The best way I know how to explain it is to stop your urine flow when you're going to the washroom! (Yes, your pee!!) When you're going to the washroom... When you know what it feels like (which muscles are contracting) then it will be easier for you to do your exercises Hope that helps!
OK I just tried it again, and I think I got it. I probably just don't notice it as well because I haven't been doing it enough and they really aren't that strong yet.
