Need help with 'little bird' clothing sizes

Hello,
I wonder if you guys could help me with this.
I'm currently not living in the UK and want to purchase two skirts for my little girl from the Little Bird range.
Do they size small or big?
My experience is that each brand is a different world.
My daughter is nearly 3, but on the small side.
She still uses 18-24 months from Jojo and Monsoon, but 2 years from Next and Zara.
International returns are very expensive and I would like to order the right size if possible.

Is this the little bird range from mothercare? If so, they are not as big as Jo Jo or monsoon. More like next.
