im currently working 15 hours a week an i need to work 16 hours to claim working tax credits, work is refusing point blank that i cant have the extra hour, if i did something like avon would be ok to claim working tax credits
I think you could, only problem is you would probably have to pay tax and do tax returns and everything. I know somebody who does Carboot to make up her hours but I think she has to sell something new not just junk out of her house. She sells makeup an then usual Carboot stuff
I'm sure I read on here the other day that this is being upped to 24 hours in April, maybe it's worth looking for a second part time job? I don't know about your area but around here there are always 8-12 hour jobs available on the jobcentre website.
