need ovulation advice please ;/

hi ladies,

my cylce is 28 and i tested with opk on cd10 and it was positive, this afternoon i tested and it was positive again then earlier tonight it seems to have faded away abit. so i was wondering does this now mean ive ovulated? i was wondering after a positive then neg how long do you bd for? if that makes sense lol first month of tracking so im very new to this baby dust to all xx

I would BD 3 days from the time you get the positive because you can O anywhere from one to 3 days after the positive OPK. Hope that helps.

ah thank you, wasnt too sure as its my first time using thse so want to get use to them tho i hope i wont be doing this testing for too long
