need some help

hello to all i real need some help.
yesterday i was wearing a nice top that had a brooch on it.
well the dam thing must hav came loose and the pin end pricked my babys foot ,
poor thing i feel terriable.He did not cry and i have washed it but today it is a bit red and alittle raised,i am not sure what to do?
any help please.
he is 3 months old

I would just make sure its nice and clean and put some sudocream or something on it if your worried but just keep an eye on it xxxx
