So my fiancé and I have been trying to get pregnant for six months now with no luck but maybe th8ngs have changed. I started taking vitex about a month ago. I noticed two nights ago that one of my nipples looks bruised, I have bad back pain, bloated and ribs have been in hurting lately. Could I possibly be pregnant?
